You have a good band, with followers, sold out shows, etc.
People love your singer.
He is the image of the band, does a great show, sings very well, etc.
Your singer is gone now, and doesn’t want to sing anymore.
Would you play without him and embarrass whatever is left of the band?

If the whole image of the band depends on the singer, it isn’t a very good band isn’t it? So, either one of the members starts singing or you search a new singer. Easy. Why’d you stop?
